Wellbeing group for ladies

A friendly ladies-only group where you can express yourself through drumming and make connections with like minded people. All drums provided. No experience necessary.


Every other Tuesday at 19 Harris Arcade, off Station Road. See the event calendar for dates, or click below to find out more and book a place. 
 

7:00pm - freeform drumming and percussion - no such thing as wrong notes, you'll fit in whatever you play

7.45pm - tea break

8.00pm - enjoy a safe space to discuss whatever is on your mind (or not, no pressure)

9pm - end
 

We're aware that not everyone is interested in the discussion aspect of the session so you are free to leave after the tea break if talking is not your thing.

A public group for anyone over 18. All drums provided. No experience necessary.

10.30am - structured rhythms and techniques, followed by freeform drumming

11.15am - tea break

11.30am - enjoy a safe space to discuss whatever is on your mind (or not, no pressure)
